The easy answer is that MIRADOR is a magazine that is just a little easier to read. But, we’re more than that.

Mirador Magazine is an ad-free, online and print publication for the neurodivergent community. Mirador was created when Co-Founder Nikki Jardin was unable to find accessible, age-appropriate reading materials for an aunt diagnosed with Early Onset Alzheimer’s Disease. She teamed up with Co-Founder Tave Fasce to help shape a vision into a reality.

We believe strongly that reading should be made accessible as a means of building community, making connections, and fostering autonomy, self-comfort and independence.
